About this gathering
The appearance day of Lord Balaram — the first bodily expansion of Sri Krishna and the adi-guru, the original spiritual master, who assists the Lord in His transcendental pastimes. No one can approach Krishna without first receiving the mercy of Baladeva. Celebrated with abhishek, kirtan and a festive feast at the Sri Sri Krishna Balaram Temple — a specially significant day for this temple, whose presiding Deities are Krishna and Balaram Themselves. Jhulan Utsav concludes this day.
